What Is It?
SBA & USDA Guaranteed loans from Yolo Federal
USDA loans are special loans backed by the department of agriculture for businesses working in rural areas. They typically have low interest rates. SBA loans are available to any eligible small business, and also generally have lower rates than an average business loan.

For a USDA loan, what qualifies as a "rural area"?
The USDA defines rural area as an area with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants. Your main office can be located anywhere, as long as the project you’re funding with the loan proceeds is in a rural area.
